QuickBoxing uses a simple-step approach to mastering fundamentals. Every module builds on the next, so you'll integrate techniques previously learned into every workout.

Module 1: Getting Started; Learn the Jab and the Right (the Cross)

Learn the basics of boxing: warming up with dynamic movements, jumping rope for conditioning, wrapping hands for safety, stance for balance, and specific punches for execution, and the flow for all to put it all together.

Module 2: Integrate the Hook

Combine punches using proper hip/ ankle rotation. Emphasis on learning how to utilize hip drive and torque to maximize punching power.

Module 3: Integrate Body Shots

Learn how to effectively execute body shots while transitioning to straight punches and hooks.

Module 4: Integrate the Uppercut

The focus here is on proper execution of uppercuts, and transitioning to hooks and straight punches.

Jason Quick

With over 20 years of experience in professional boxing and training, Jason Quick has coached clients ranging from no experience to elite pro athletes. He finished his pro boxing career with an amazing 18-3 record, and was undefeated in the world of kickboxing.

He's also a US Army combat veteran who served 11 years, with tours in Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

He's a certified US Armed Forces Fitness Coordinator, a 5th Degree Master Black Belt, and is a personal trainer accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
